Extreme
This level is intended for backpacking and adventures. More rigorous physical training and prior expertise with comparable activities, such as climbing abilities, are prerequisites. The preparatory phase begins three to six months before departure in order to allow you to develop your endurance through running routines and help you become adjusted. Special clothing and equipment will be required.
