NETRAVALI WATERFALL & WILDLIFE SANCTUARY links the western ghats corridor from Cotigao to Mollem and is spread over an area of 211 sq. kms.
The forests in the region are known to be the only corridor for Tigers to pass from Karnataka into the reserve forests of Sawantwadi in Maharashtra through Goa.
The area has a vast diversity as well as endemism where more than 48 genera of Mammals 278 genera of Birds and 60 genera of Reptiles are found. There are many Small and Waterfalls in this Sanctuary.
