RACHOL SEMINARY was built in 1580, the Rachol Seminary and Church was converted into the Diocesan Seminary in 1762.
It has a Surrounding of beautiful, golden rice fields, this is also one of the first few seminaries on Goa.
The Seminary also houses a church dedicated to St. Ignatius Loyola. The church houses a uniformed-statue of St Constantine and it is believed that shreds of his bones and a vial of his blood.
